do you think TV would give you knowledge?

tv just like the internet can make or break us. it depends now on how we are going to use it. we can learn a lot from tv, specially those children shows. it can educate a lot of shildren and they can learn a lot from children shows. as we adults we can hear news from local and other country that is great information. so tv can help i guess but not fully. tv is one of my bestfriend at home. lol.

TV is one of learning tools. If you watch the good things, then you'll learn those good things. It depends on what are watching on the TV. There's alot of educational channels we can watch on the TV. My favourite one is Discovery Channel. It's no doubt that we can expanding our knowledge by watching Discovery Channel. But we need to be a pay TV subscriber to watch that channel. i believe anything we pick up around us will give us a knowledge. it is up to us, though to whether pick up some useful things as we watc a tv, listen to the radio, browse websites, etc.

I think it depends on what you are watching, but in our world today it is really becoming more and more difficult to trust what you see on TV. In news programs, they often give you the facts, which is okay, but what's not OK is that they sometimes give you facts about the negative or the positive side only depending on what their stand on a news is. But I think there are still reliable programs like those in the Discovery Channel, although they also sometimes go for the entertainment angle. Of course, that can't be helped if they want to attract viewers.

yes TV give us knowledge. i see daily discovery channel and news channel so i find that what are going in our city or country. and in discovery we find lots of general knowledge in animal behaveiour and other things.
