What Search Algorithm Google uses?

I know that it is very unlikely that Google will tell others about their secret search algorithm that they use to find those related results in some very short time.But,I was always very curious about this.So,I will ask all my friends out here to tell me even if they have some idea about this.Thanks in advance for your responses.

You can try searching for already written algortithms for search engine. I am sure there must be many you can find written in various programming and web languages
