what the best way to get referrals for a newbie

hi guys
ive seen a lot of program .where people have got loads of referrals and im wondering what the trick is because i struggle to get one anybody help a newbie

One way to get referral is promoting your site through blogging. Make a blog where you can share you online earnings and if possible post some proof of earnings. Join traffic sites so you can get a lot of visitors who will learn about your earning site.
Finding referrals is the hardest thing to do. I suggest just keep on promoting your site and have patience. Word of mouth is also a powerful tool in promoting. Share your online to your friends too.
