most of the people are afraid to go to the doctors for check up because they are afraid to find out if there's something wrong with their health...but a s for me it is better to have a regular check up so that we find out early if we have something to correct with our health...and make actions on it...

Why do they afraid? They should be happy in the first place since they can already made an adjustment for their self.

Yes, in fact I have completed mine for this year and it is a week ago. It is good to know if you have something wrong on your body upfront rather than make you surprises and it is too late.

Hello, I have to go and see my doctor, at least once a year if anything. I try to keep that into practice just to be on the safe side, I'm not a doctor so there for I lik diagnoising myself with things, I rather go to the doctor instead. You will be surprise how much help you will be doing yourself, and body by going to the doctor at least once a year. Happy my Lotting!

Unfortunately right now I am without insurance. So no, I do not go to the doctor for annual check ups. Once I am on my soon to be husband's insurance this summer, I will be more likely to go in annually if not more often.

I have to go to the doctor at least every 6 months for blood tests to see if I am diabetic, they check my lungs as I have asthma and my mum lost one of her lungs as a child to a rare condition where flem builds up in the bottom of the lungs and won't come up so I have to be checked for that. Plus my body can't produce it's own calcium so the doctors like to make sure I've got the right tablets to help keep my bones strong.
