Can anyone please tell me
1. The code of the 'send' button. I want to use it for accepting the email addresses. Or if how can I generate it.
2. The box in the sidebar which accepts email addresses for subscriptions.
Please do help me. I am direly in need of this.

I am not sure how to do any of this on blogger but have you tried asking the admin. on blogger?
