how you deal with co-workers at your job?

you either get alone with them or work by yourself.

i need to get alone with my co-workers, because it's a team work. nobody can finish the job by himself. as a team player, you need to coporate, communicate each other. in my opinion, we need to make every team member understand what he(she) should do and what she(he) need us to help.

i try to be polite to everyone i have to work along side weather i like them or not as it gives a more pleasant atmosfere to work in than if we were horrible to each other
