How many of you end up marrying your highschool sweethearts?

I married my high school sweetheart, we were married for nine years before both of us realized that sometimes love is just not enough. I did love him very much, even in the end and I have no doubt that he loved me as well, the thing is we made eac other miserable and we were not in a healthy relationship. yes i think that everyone falls into that notion that it is romantic and a lovely thing to do, marry your high school love, but often those marriages start out at such a young age and you still have so much growing to do, so much maturing to do and then one day you look up and you do not know who you are or even who he is. You are confused, scared and have no idea what to do next. If you are lucky you can walk away with no scares no abuse etc. My ex was verbally abusive in the end, it was hard on both of us. We did what was right for both of us.
