Ok for those green minded its not about that..lol but i am referring to ones salary, how do you know if it is already big? enough? i mean for me, my salary now is not big but then it is enough... yet a part of me still yearns more that is why i strive more, but then a friend of mine yesterday told me hers is already enough and does not yearn for more, she already can buy what she wants for her family.. or am i just too greedy and yearns for more because i get to materialistic? how do you know if it is already enough and should stop? or is it just natural for us people to really ask for more? confusing? i hope you understand what i am trying to say.

I think I understand what you are asking. I do think that it varies from person to person. I think that most people would always like more money. I know that I would! I think that everyone would like more money. I think that the difference is what people are willing to do for that extra money. It seems like your friend is happy with her life, so she wont actively search for something more. I would believe that she would accept more money if it were offered for the same things she is doing now. I think there are othe rpeople out there who are always trying as hard as possible to get a little bit more. I would consider myself to be one of those people. I dont think it is evil, I dont think it is bad. It is a security thing. I want to know that my husband would be ok if something happened to me. I want to know that I would be able to live if I were to suddenly lose my income. If I had more of an income, I would better be able to prepare for this. I think there are different things that motivate everyone. I do think that it is natural to want a little bit more, the difference is definitely what will motivate you to go after it.
