hello friends.after seeing the knights dismal performance,i thought that they r having a bad time untill i got this piece of news.
i got this from a trustable source that during one of the knights match this season,a knight rider fielder was fielding badly so buchanan asked him to come off the field and when the fielder came off and asked y,buchanan replied you are an indian and you wil come out when i ask you too
ofcourse coaches can ask a fielder to come off the field when they play badly.no problem with that but that discriminating as indian and foreigner was uncalled for.
goes to prove that the knights r divided in the dressing room.indians and foreigners.also got the news that buchanan tactics works well with foreigners but not good for indian players.no wonder he asked for more foreign players in the playing XI
a piece of advice to SRK.either change the coach or sell this team because he wont go anywhere up with such splitted team and an unmanagable coach

Can you tell us the source, because I would like to know where this story has come from. I doubt he would have said that, but if Buchanan did that, it was really wrong on his behalf. Those comments are racially motivated. Just because he is the coach does not mean he controls everything. This wont help his teams spirit and win certainly not win matches. Its the kind of attitude every team should avoid, plain and simple.

Hey,
Look honestly its all our fault. We give them undue importance and they encash on it. Remember chapell saga they are all same. He should have been kicked then and there when he started doing politics with ganguly. The same thing buchanan is doing with knight riders. I really wonder why they are so important in our media and y do we care so much about what they said.
Trust me when our players goes abroad the local people dont even care. We know very well how aussies are. Now its SRK's fault that he choosed such a disgraceful coach and its showing results too.
Knight riders need to rethink all over again right from team composition to captain to coach for their 2010 IPL.

I wonder how teams keep foreign coaches. Indians have got wonderful retired players
like kapil dev, sunil gavaskar etc. But still they prefer foreign coaches. The only
exception is Gary kirsten who jelled with the current indian team perfectly. One of
the reason for the failure of KKR is the coach. But the other reason is out of form
of players , lack of unity and lack of a strong united leader. Ganguly can captain
the team again. He should be alllowed to do that , otherwise it is very difficult for
KKR to survive.
