Should we lent him if he borrows money?

Hello my lotter fellows, I was a in a situation and didn't know what to do exactly so, it is up to you. Tell me that if a friend of mine is asking for some money what should I do. As you all know how hard in this time is to earn and save a penny. Dreams oftenly are dream in majority's conception.

To me, you should always help your friends, especially if it's a friend in special need.
But, it also depends on what they are going to do with the money. Say, they were going to go gamble with it because they had just lost all their money, you wouldn't want to lend the money because 1. It's not good for your friend. 2. You're just throwing your money away.
If he comes with to you with a dire need for money, however, it's best to trust him and lend him the money.
