Why is the sky blue and the grass green? do we all see it the same?

Does anyone know whether we see the same colours? I know i see and call the grass green, and i know you see and call the grass green. What i would like to know is are our greens the same colour? your red could be my green but because we have been taught the colours we dont know. Has anyone got any ideas on that one?
