Have you ever done a good deed to a stranger?

hi there, bhabytart.. i'm not keeping track of all the good deeds i've done but i'm sure that the 'camera' in Heaven has all of them recorded. :) for purposes of sharing, one good deed i've done is paying for the fare of a young lady who had no small change to pay for her transportation..

I've done a few like feed the homeless or help out a friend here or there but today I had a stranger help me out. I went to the grocery to get a few things and I usually park my car in the front yard and back it to the door. I went to a neighbors house to see if they could let me borrow tow straps but they didn't have theirs. So on my way back in the truck oh I have another car but really needed the van out of the yard, I saw some older men having a drink in their garage like they often do. I stopped and asked if they could help and without even a thought they came to my house and moved my van out of the yard. I was so appreciative that they were willing to help without hestitation. People like that make me happy and makes me want to help others out more.

About a year or two ago when I was walking to Mass, I saw an older lady get out of her car and then fall onto the blacktop of the parking lot. I went over to see if she was all right, but noticed that she was bleeding, so I gave her a little napkin to help clean up a bit. When someone else pulled up into the parking lot, I told them what had happened, and they went to get some more help. The lady was fine after a few minutes. :)
