While exercising ,when we get slightly breathless should we carry on?

I run out of breath easily ..should should i carry on.

Hi, I dont think so. U shd take adequate rest in between sets of workout and then start again. Remember its a human body and not a machine. Take it easy and work hard when its in a rhythm. Good luck! Cheers, Tutul

hi there, bigott.. running out of breath usually is a sign of poor circulation or loss of oxygen in the brain.. when you're losing breath while exercising, slow down. also, drink fluids. it could be that your body is being dehydrated easily. happy myLotting!
