How can I sell my ebook online?

I am interested in writing and selling ebooks. I have already written one and it has received a lot of good feedback and many people seem to like it. I used it as a gift for my subscribers to my blog All About mylot and it has helped out a lot. Anyways, I would like to know more information on how to sell my ebooks online. Any information is welcome! But I will post a few questions to guide the discussion.
1. How and where should I sell my ebook?
2. How much should the ebook cost?
3. What are reseller rights and should I give them out?
4. What are some ways to sell my ebook?
5. How can I protect my ebook?
Once again, these are just questions to guide the discussion. Any information regarding ebook selling is welcome. Please remember, no referral links but names of sites are fine.

Hi,
When I started writing ebooks, I had some of the same questions - reseller rights, etc. I found a great website called Ebook Writing and Selling that has a ton of information that addresses the questions you are asking about. I found the site very useful and answered all my questions. Also has great reference books that I bought that also helped me with my writing. If you go to my profile page, I've added the link there.
