Stay away from emailmeform.com - it's a SCAM!

They offer a free email form service. But in my experience, everything is okay at first, then they hit you with it. They accuse you (falsely) of using their service to phish (which I didn't). Not only that but they then display your personally identifiable information including your IP address and hostname right on your very own website! Be warned - emailmeform is a SCAM!!!
