table tennis is good for ones health

When one get the opportunity they played table tennis at sometimes or another, study shows that it is one of the most popular sports in the world. The table tennis has a lot to offer. It is good for ones health. It is good when we getting up sweat and getting the heart rate up. It is one of the fastest sports, you dont have to be a professional to get a good work out. If one does a couple of hours a week hitting the ball it can do wonders for their fitness.

I played this sport and is like by everybody and i dont think it will have fitness like other sports where we like to move from one place to another and in table tennis we move our hand most than our legs.

Not really sure what fitness you are referring to but I played this sport and it kept me in shape and it also depends on your level and your opponents level, for beginners it is a very slow movement as expected and actually beginners will give more energy picking up the ball that went outside the table than the actual play. I can say my level is somewhere 4 or 5 if 10 is the highest, learned those side stepping moves especially on fast game and those body twist when attacking with forehand spin

Sorry, this too a fitness sport and it is one of my great sport when we move around the table hitting the ball hard, i also played and enjoyed this sport very much.

I cannot agree with you any more! Table tennis is my favorite sport. Especially i really enjoy the feeling that i sweat a lot after playing table tennis. Also, it helps me to concentrate; you know, it's so fast that you will miss even one second distraction. It even can improve your eyesight if you can insist on playing it several hours each week.

well,i guess there are other sports which provide for a much more workout for the body like basket ball,swimming,etc. however, you do perspire quite a lot playing TT.
