It will be a YEs, for me.. lol =D I dun really reject ple when i was a kid till my late teens.. haha =D I always find it hard to reject because i myself hated the feeling of rejection too.. hehe ^_^ Thus no matter how inconvenient for me, or i dun like it at all, i will still say yes and go along with them.. haha =D BUt as i enter army, i started to learn, NO, because there are certain consequences to be faced and this time round, it's not just about me.. haha =D From there, i learned about rejection and also, reasons to say no.. hehe ^_^ BEcause if one does not know how to reject, they will only be at a disadvantage always.. BY time we want our frenz for help, not that many will remember the times we always say yes to them.. haha =D

YEah, though it will make them sad and disappointed, but still we still have to say NO, when we really cant make it there for them, or accompany them.. Because, we live for ourselves, and we dun live for them.. We have our own life too.. Although there ought to be times we should say yes if frenz are in difficulties, but if they are a true fren, they should understand why we will say NO at times.. Saying yes or no, only matters as much in terms of emergency.. For true frenz, they wont always insist on a YES, except for those whom have taken us for granted ^_^

yes i think...to say yes is really much easier...coz saying yes can stop arguing, it can stop many questions and of course can make our loved ones and friends more happy... but there are times that we should really find a courage to say no...and express what we really feel...but how can we say it without hurting them? how can you say it if you know that it will break their hearts? if you know that it ill make thm disappointed and be sad?

right! in friendship there should always be a give and take relationship and understanding each others situations... real friends do understand that we also have our own life to live and own things to do...well its nice that now, i can say No to them when i don't like but still there are times that i fall on making excuses just to have a reason for my no...hehehe

I never say either unless I am sure that what I am saying is what I really want to say. So if I say 'yes' it's as easy as saying 'no' for me because I know the reason I chose to say either one of the other. Does that make sense? Yes or no?

yes! i think you are right, those words are easy to say if we are very sure about it and if we don't have any doubt...

The bit that is hardest is often deciding which to say

I always find it hard to say no to people i care about, and because of this I sometimes think I get taken advantage of, but I just can't change I always say yes and then later kick myself because i don't really want to do what I have agreed to...why do we do this....

i also don't kno why we are doing this...maybe we are just really concern more on the feelings of our loved ones than of ours... i am also like you but i don't usually regret why i say yes even if i have thought of saying no...i regrets more if i say no and give my friend a bad feeling... thanks!
