Internet connection slow????

When your internet connection becomes slow what do you do after getting angry?

It actually happen to me twice or thre times, I don't really remember when. When my Fast DSL slowing down, I just have to turn off the computer, and try to reset the modem again. If that doesn't work. I probably turn off the computer and wait around 1 or more hours, go back to my computer and check it again. Otherwise, I have to check with their customer service.

At first I will check whether there is something wrong with my computer. As I have more computers at home, so it's easy to figure it out whether it's my problem or the ISP problem. If I find that it's not my problem, I will make a call to my ISP and complain about it. Usually it will solve in a short time. But I hate that they always think it's my problem. I love China

It really makes me mad. It happens very often,if I am working in day time. It is really irritating when I see it takes minutes to load a certain page.I don't work on internet if the speed is slow.I prefer sleeping then or I listen to music or watch a movie on my computer.
