i also have a hard time because i am using BPI so i do not know how, there are certain codes/digits that was asked like the banks 9 digit code.which i do not know so i still did not withdraw my money in paypal lol anyone knows???

It hard to know if u dont know the how LOL... by the way i sign up ALERTPAY BUT still i dont know how to use it, may soon i will know still on my way out

i already had my Paypal verified and i have that account for sometime now and i have been using it for purchases over the web like purchasing somebooks and do not have any problem with it...i only had my BPI account open last january and was thinking of withdrawing some money but then that 9 digit hindered me lol. thank you!
