How to convert Rupees to ecurrency

Hi sonika, I usually use paypal for my e transactions and it needed dollar 1.95 to verify the account and all i did was use my normal credit card and it was accepted and they deducted 1.95 dollars to my account and bank charged me extra 4 or 5 rupees for that. So i think it is ok for Indians now to purchase anything on net or send money on net and not worry though they charge extra money on that. I dont know if paying that extra money would make your venture with HYIP any sucessful or not but we do have an option.
