helping mum

i just helping my mum start to walk again. she has been stay in bed for long time. but she too afraid and won't starting to walk. i think she feel pessimist.so sad see her like that. i don't wanna see her like that. she is strongn woman and great mum. i wanna she don't give up. what can i do? how to talk with her and take her spirit back? how to make her start to learn walking again? i miss go walking together with her again like we did before she get ill.
