400 cases if swine flu in illinios

There has been four hundred cases of swine flu cases in illinois. Some have been mild cases. It's scary to think that it started in mexico and got all the way here so quick. It is still spreading around the world. I hope we can get this under control before something major happens. I would not want to catch it.I want to stay flu free. I worry about the children and the older adults which immune systems are not very good.

I personally think that the media has blown this all out of proportion. People die of the flu everyday, but do we hear about that - NO! I do know that the swine flu is nothing to laugh at, but I think if we all take the appropriate precautions like washing our hands and such, that it will stay under control and will not become an epidemic. I sure wouldn't lose sleep over it just yet!
