How do PTC's like neobux work??

i recently joined neobux, and i have been clicking away, however i would like to fully understand how the adds are shuffled.. are you allowed to click only the minimum amount of ads that are placed, and do you have to refresh your browser frequently to get the latest adds in an rss fashion.. please ptc experts please fill me in ..thanks
