Yes, tomatoes are wonderful for your health! I just ordered something called a Topsy Turvy tomato planter so I can grow my own tomatoes. It's a planter where the plant grows upside down. Hopefully, I will get to eat many of my own homegrown tomatoes in a few weeks after the plant matures.

Thanks for the information on the nutritional benefits of Tomatoes. I usually eat my tomatoes with salted egg or salted fish. I can also put tomatoes on my dishes such as pasta, beef with tomatoes, chicken with tomatoes and mixed vegetables. But most of the time, I can eat it as is :)

I didn't know yet that tomatoes have lot of nutrient value. I have tomatoes almost everyday. I also heard that tomatoes are not good for people suffering from kidney stone.
