Why everymorning do I weak up very ealy ?

I don't know why I weak up verymorning very ealy almost when the sun rises up I weak up along . Maybe it is summer's coming . I want to enough sleep but I can't go on sleeping once weak up . So I have only five hours' sleep everyday . Perhaps there is something wrong with my body . I am not sure that if it is a normal situation for me . So I worry about my sleep. What should I do ?

It's your body clock, dear. Something must've trained your body to wake up early in the morning in the past, you did it so much that your body adjusted to it. But as long as you feel refreshed each time you wake up, you're fine.

I am adjusting myself these days . I don't get up early like before and don't go out for playing tennis . I have a good rest everyday without much movment. So I feel better than before . Maybe it is not hotter and my appitite is very good I eat up much food especially sweet food and fruit . So I am fatting me up .Ha ha ha .

okay, so you're fine then.. but it's really weird that I seem to not have a body clock. you're really lucky that you do. by the way, it's really okay to eat anything you want, at any amount, just as long as you "work it out". I eat a lot of sweet and fattening stuff too, but I never miss a workout session. :)

I am not an old woman I am 33 this year . Sometimes I take a nap at noon for a good rest . Only recently I feel very sleepy and yawning in the day . Sometime I feel tired of doing work I had thought I must be tired of playing badminton everynight . But even this I should weak up so early at 5:00 alock verymorning , you can imagine it ?

Your body will sleep the amount of time it needs. So apparently you only need 5 hours of sleep a day. So as long as you are not tired and sluggish all day long then you are getting the right amount of sleep your body requires.
