myLot in South Africa?

I just want to get payment, and use the money I got to pay for my RuneScape membership. The unfortunate thing I heard was that PayPal does not allow you to receive payment if you reside in South Africa. While at another place I heard that PayPal will not allow you to get the money transferred to your bank account. I won't need to transfer it to my bank account because I can pay JAGeX directly from PayPal. If I can't get money from myLot then it is quite disappointing that PayPal think that all use Africans is fraudsters and scammers.
