Unsuccessful to enter/login in Neobux site!Why?

Last day,I make a neobux account and activated it.But when i want to login for the first time,i cannot make it and it told me that my name is not have in their file site and i cannot enter the neobux site.How can it happened?I really dont understand it because i have successfull make the neobux account and activated it but i cant login it?Can you help me?

Make sure you did not leave the window with the activation bar on it because it said that if you left that window you would be unable to activate and would have to register again. Try using the support or just making another account.

did you use another computer to log on?
It happened to me before.
In same room I used my computer to log on without any problem, but while I used my laptop it caused problem.
I tried many times and found it didn't work.
Anyway you can ask the stuff of Neobux to find out.
Don't worry.
