I have recently found out that my colleague is a life coach by profession. I grew curious about what she does and how she became one and so we started talking about it for some time. however, since my curiosity was still unsatisfied, I tried researching about it through the Internet. I also found this blog about a lifecoach in training and the objective or project seems like a pretty good idea ( lifecoachintraining.blogspot.com ). Does anyone here have a life coach? Can you tell me what this person has done for you? And if anyone here is a life coach, kindly explain how this profession works and what you accomplish by being so.
