So I work out 5-6 days a week, i go to the gym and at the least stay for 1 1/2 (because of the babysitting room only lets me) but if not I will stay like 3 hours, at home I do the wii fit too, at the gym i do at least 30min to 1hr of cardio, i lift light weights (5 sets of 15 reps) so my arms don't get big, i am on a extremely low cal diet, the first 2 weeks i lost a pound a day, then i went on a bodybuilding diet then decided that i want to lsoe more weight so I am back on the low cal diet. I take lots of vitimins and i drink about 40-50 oz a day (i aim for 60 but just cant get that down). I am aiming for bone skin and muscle so I need to lose about 5 pounds more (i think) of weight to see my muscles really good. Where do I go from here??????? professionally??

Yes professionally would help, but may break your bank. Since you go to the gym a lot and keep low calorie diets, then let that work for you. When I needed to lose a quick 5 pounds, I would count my calories throught the day and make sure I stood under 1200 a day, then at the gym I would go on the treadmill or elliptical machines and try to stay on till I had burned 300 calories or more if you can. No late nights snacks unless its yogurt or a healthy fruit. I would drop weight like there was no tomorrow. If your gym has a good sauna, then that will be relaxing and helpful as well. Good luck...I think you will get to your goal soon! Sounds like you are a very healthy and motivated person

Low-calorie diet may be what is killing your ability to lose that last five pounds. It sounds to me like you aren't feeding your body enough calories to up your metabolism enough. When working out, you should actually consume slightly MORE calories than if you were just sedentary. You will still lose weight, trust me! Make sure you eat plenty of veggies and lean meats. Especially the meats, because your body needs the protein if you're building muscle. The better able the body is to build muscle, the easier it will burn the fat to create more muscle. Having some good quality protein at every meal will definitely help you. That doesn't mean you need to be buff or anything, but you definitely need to eat WAY more than 1000 calories a day!! Your metabolism is basically shot at such a low intake, and you're never going to lose the last five, no matter how much you work out unless you EAT!! You may also be working out too much or not varying your workout enough. You can overwork your body. You should be lifting weights no more than about 3 times a week if all you want to do is tone. Your muscles don't have a chance to rest if you workout almost every single day. Also, try doing some other things to shake it up a bit. Swim, bike riding...I went indoor rock climbing for the first time on Monday, and my arms were sore through Thursday! LOL I am not a professional, but I have spent YEARS researching this stuff for myself. From what I've learned, you need to eat MORE, not less. As long as you're eating the right things, the weight will continue to come off. Also, keep in mind that women are going to have little "pockets" of fat in certain places that are practically impossible to get rid of. We all have them, they are different shapes and sizes, but we have them and we hate them. :) Me included.

This may sound really odd, but you might want to give your muscles a break. Sometimes when you hit a plateau you can jumpstart a diet by change. Maybe eat 1500 calories for a couple of days and then go back to your 1000. Sounds like you just need a change. Maybe there is an exercise regime you can change. Do all cardio for three days a week and stick a fourth day in of body building or weights. That will definitely wake up your body.

You know what, I have read a magazine..and it was stated there that if you want to loose weight you need to keep your body hydrated. So for eg. if you are going to work out and initially your going to sweat a lot, what you are going to do is to drink water or any liquid drinks to replace the sweat to keep you hydrated again.
