Star-Clicks... Anybody here a member of this PTC site?

Is anybody familiar with this PtC site star clicks. I've only been on it for three days and i've made 50cents as a silver member. I would like to upgrade but I'm not sure its a legit site? Any one upgraded yet on this site? Any info would be great...

as a Gold member I'm earning $5 $4 a day please how can I make more on this site? when will I get my payout? thanks
