I am reading "The Pillars of Creation", part of the Sword of Truth Series by Terry Goodkind. I have loved the whole series so far! None of the books are short. I think the shortest one so far was still over 600 pages! I was reading some of the book last night at the bar while I was waiting for my friends to arrive. It is something I do every week. The bar tender walked over to me and said 'Wow! You have gotten really far in that book this week!' I just dont want to put it down! I am really enjoying it. If I didnt have to do other things, I probably would have read it all in one sitting! I love reading a good book until it is finished! How long does it take you to read a book your really enjoy? Are you intimidated by books that have a lot of pages?

It really is a great series. But I dont think the D'Haran's are meant to be compared to the Germans at all. There are too many things that dont line up. The biggest thing is the connection of the D'Harans to the Lord Rahl. Either way, amazing series! (I will have to think about the German/D'Hara thing more though. It is an interesting thought.)
