thesis topic help

I had the same thesis before and what I did was to co-relate customer satisfaction with the internet and media. I tried to show the effects on customer satisfaction if a customer complains and broadcasts it, or if the experience was blogged. Also, I tried to show a broader scope of customer satisfaction by showing a customer's point of view not only about the products they get, but also on the kind of customer service they receive. I think it would be interesting to write about customer satisfaction and how it relates to employee satisfaction. There is a Walmart and a Target where I live. The employees are unsatisfied at Walmart and they are fairly happy with their jobs at Target. Personally, I don't even go in the Walmart if I don't just have to anymore because the atmosphere is so much different. At Target, the floors are clean, employees actually acknowledge the customers and smile. At Walmart, the employees just hope you will go away or that is how it seems. I think there is a direct correlation between employees being satisfied with their jobs and cutomers being happy with the service they receive.
