old motometer rev counter

it has black plastic circle on the back with 4 small connections and a separate connection on the casing , looks like an earth... how do i wire it up to the car??/
numbers on the back read ; AO 101 and another in a circle ; 46 all in red.

I cannot give you a direct answer because in all honesty I'm not extremely familiar with Motometer wiring. However, I'll bet my bottom dollar that someone at this forum can tell you. Good luck.
