Do you believe in Life after Death?

So, after our Earth-based life, is there really a final destination? Do you believe in that? Some religions does while some simply doesn't. I am a Christian. A Catholic perhaps, so I believe that after this life, I will go either to heaven or to hell. And the judgment would be based to what I have done during my existence. How about you? I want to hear your views and I believe, others too..
