frich vitamin A

            potato is rich for vitamins A..when you cook potatoes dont fried its couse of loose of vitamin A so you much steam only.. or half cook.. beside theyn prevent younger looking skin..

                    I don´t exactly know the nutritional facts of potato but I know one thing: I love it anyway. It´s my main source of carbohidrates (and don´t anyone tell you that carbohidrates are not NEEDED: they are not needed in excess, of course)
