What is your weight, What to do to loose weight?

My weight is 68kg and I try to keep it constant by taking to various excercises but during winters I tend to gain. A protruding tummy is what I hate the most and want others too to folow the suit, I always try to popularise excercises What do you do?

My weight is 48 kgs, I do 50 pushups and 50 situps every single day, to keep fit and stay strong.
