Were you a day scholar or boarding student?

I actually did both! For my freshman year, I lived on campus. I absolutely hated it! I hated having to share a bathroom with so many other girls - who always left it dirty. I hated that my neighbors were always loud. I hated that food was only offered at certain times. I hated even more not having somewhere to cook my food. I went abroad for a semester. That was fantastic! Definitely the best semester of my time in college. When I came back to the US to finish my studies, I moved to an apartment. It was really close to campus, so I was able to walk there. It was ok. It was nice to be able to walk to classes, but I hated my apartment. There were several things that were falling apart and my roommate was a miserable person! As soon as I could, I moved out of that apartment. I bought a house about 20 minutes from campus. I was no longer able to walk, but I didnt mind. I still live in the same house. Living on my own, but not on campus was definitely the way I would do it again if I had to!
