I recently started a few blogs but I seem to have run into a problem. I can't seem to get a lot of visits to the site. I can only make money if the people who visit the site, take the time to click on the ads around my blog. I have tried asking a few friends but not many of them seem to have enough time to visit it more than about once a week. I would like to know if anyone here on mylot has a blog with these kinds of ads on them? If you do, would you be willing to check out my site if I checked yours? I really need to make this work, I am a stay at home mother and this is one of the only ways that I have to being in an income right now. I would be more than happy to help you generate traffic to your site if you would be willing to do the same. I am in desperate need and I don't know what else to do. I look forward to reading your responses and would be forever greatful if anyone could give me some advice on how to generate traffic without having to pay for marketing. As I mentioned I need to make money and I don't have the money to invest in marketing. Please help me if you can.

Hi Crivas, blogging is not the best method to generate quick income. It takes a few months for the search engine to index the blogs, and take a year or two of hard work before your blogs end up in the first few pages of search engine. If you can write, or you are good at rewriting PLR articles to create unique content, you can make more money from writing. I have compiled a list of writing sites http://www.mylot.com/w/discussions/2005894.aspx you consider writing to generate income for the time being, while your blogs build up traffic.
