There is a website called experts - exchange.com. You can ask any computer related problems on this site, and they have IT experts to find the best solutions for you. The catch is you have to be a member, and you have to pay monthly. But someone said there is another way around which you don't have to pay. You just submit some usable solutions to earn points. And use those points to pay for your membership fee. Has anyone use it before? Does it help you a lot on computer problems?

Experts-Exchange.com is a proper well known site. It used to be free before to sign up and post questions. But recently (in the past few years) it has been made a private paid service. All members who joined for free prior to this have automatically been made paid members!!! Those members can now either ask questions or reply to questions and earn points. Experts-Exchange is a good resource to solve many kinds of computer related problems. I have known this since my college days and I solved some complicated computer related problems and even answered some. However it is no longer free. The reason could be that, it has developed into such a big knowledge database with so many people to answer questions, it no longer needed new members for free. Some company's use experts-exchange.com to solve some of their issues related to computer hardware/software. This website has developed from an information exchange portal to a business model!
