A country is well developed if its citizens are educated or literate. If there is a high literacy rate, people tend to find jobs easily. If majorities of the people are employed, they will not be a burden to the national government. Funds intended for the assistance of the poor will be used in other government projects that needs funding. If majority of its citizens can read or write with understanding, human rights violations will lessen. People can defend themselves from any form of oppression if they know their rights. One area of literacy, which uplifts the condition of the working sector, is this thing called human engineering. Human engineering is vastly employed in developed countries of the world.
