BODY WEIGHT is the mirror of your health. I can say 70 kgs is the ideal weight . Every Sunday i shall weight myself at the weight machine vendors who are sitting on the pavement to see what is my weight. Their weighing machine are not always correct but you roughly get the idea where you are going. Do you watch you weight regularly or just wait for a visit to doctor's clinic.

what you say is quite note worthy! Recently some doctor tolld me that like other corporate slogans slimness is a very paying lucritive line because of the culture of beauty queens and of sorts Watching weight is good and you may be fat like a sumo but to me the weight is not a sort of indication of good health I find that ideal weight sysndrome is a myth and those crazy people who like me follow this regimen are always at the tenter hooks for the reason that the wieghty people with good body mass command respect and if you are not a model or an actress swooning like priyanka or for that matter kareena in the workouts or work place due to exhaustion or a female tenager or agirl or a faminine beauty ,you are not paid attentionn to To be a slim and thin female is to grab tons of attention to be a thin lad is to invite all sorts of scorn then it leads us to the poor sami adnans plight who sufferred cojugal rupture or on the brink of it due plausibly to weght loss in his persuit of ideal weight To me looked gorgeous THEN and cute littly guy now ! What a tremendous change ! Well you be watching your weight by purchasing your own macjhine if your sidewallas machine gets a whipp of your ideal weight dream then the pointer would always move in one direction that is yup so it would be wise to go in for ones own machine than to go in for hiring better still go in the hospital or a clinic where clinically your purse weight woud be enmptied Weight is a mythI would like to be be like a sumo and not like asqueezed out sami! All the best

Hey, being sumo only helps when you are very tall and have a face suiting the gigantic structure to look intimidating. Anyways, Thanks for the Reply!!

I am over weight... not much but on the scale i am over weight. I have been this situation for some time. I do want control my weight gain, but the temptation to the foods are just too much... hehehe. Just kidding, actually, i am overweight, but i exercise every 2 -3 days, just to maintain my weight. I swims and jog occasionally.

I would see the mirror as more of a guide. A scale doesn't really mean much. It says the same thing for a person with muscle and a person with fat.
