It is usually meant and understood on seeing a healthy person that he or she belongs to a very good family, and must be financially very sound, but he has a lazy and sedantry life style, does it matters if we talk about the health!

I dont think that healthy necessarily means someone is financially sound. There are plenty of people who make health a priority but often have money problems! A sedentary lifestyle WILL affect a person's health. The muscles will begin to atrophy. Even simple tasks will become more difficult. It can lead to poor circulation, which can allow infections to grow rapidly. It can also lead to heart problems. Our bodies are made to move! It is essential to our health and lives!
