i have seen a most common problem "Hair fall" with the current generation youngsters . i too have it. when i consulted with the doctor he says its because of the vitamin defieciency. he also says the current food style and the pollution is causing more trouble . do you have such a problem. how do you medicate yurself. what are the ways we can avoid it

hello tk! i also have that problem. thanks for sharing what the doctor told you. i often wonder why my hair easily falls off. those reasons are probably true for me. especially vitamin deficiency. also pollution. and probably too much heat too. my skin, and my scalp too is too sensitive. i can't stand too much heat. maybe the heat makes my scalp and my hair grow weaker. i don't have anything to advice you though because i'm not doing anything except buy shampoos that are intended for falling hairs. but i think they're not effective. i haven't researched on what to do about my hairfall. i'm still taking it for granted because its not YET alarming. ^^;; i hope you can share with me when you've found a good solution. ^^

I have heard that Rogain is good. I don't think it is 30 dollars, but even if it is, there should be a store brand too. And I don't think you have to use it for the rest of your life kind of thing. Could be wrong, ask your doctor.

My birth control made my hair fall out! It was so bad people asked me if I'd had surgery on a portion of my head! My dad is a nurse and he would just have and say my days of having the thickest hair of anyone in the family were over. Great! So, then it grew back and I was trying to get rid of the frizz. My hair is barely soft enough to be white people hair I usually say. Ugg, it is so coarse! So, I got that hair straightoner stuff that my black friends usually use and I left it one for the time it said to use it for 'coarse' hair. Brain fart moment broke my hair and had it falling off. Just because my hair is coarse for me does not mean that's what the package was refering too! Ack! So, now my hair is mostly grown back, but it still has a ways to go before it's all better. I try to take my vitamins and eat lots of jello. Jello helps your hair and nails grow. A nice tip this sweet old lady told me at the nail place when she saw how messed up my nails are. Hehe.

My daughter in law had the problem for some time, usually in the season of autumn. I learned that deficient shampoo has something to do with the hair fall. General health condition, and good sleep are also decisive for the issue. Therefore, to avoid the problem, you must eat and rest properly, so that the hair is not overburdened for lack of nutrition.
