Hey, I live in an appartment building. And theres this guy which parks right behind me. I dunno why but he comes home late and drunk and gets a kick outta parking behind my car so my car is all boxed up. Now, one needs his car in the middle of the night only for one reason: emergency. Now I've even told him that my moms a heart patient and we could need the car anytime now.(I believe I drive faster than an ambulance. Coz its a routine job for them, but its my loved ones life at stake when i'm at the wheel.) Now, I've told the same to this crazy fogger (My alternative towards not getting censored yet getting the message through) but he wont fogging(Sorry) listen. What do I do?
