The only store That I buy from online is amazon.com mainly because it has everything and sometimes I can find stuff there cheaper then at the stores even after paying the shipping. Wich is why I always look for stuff at amazon.com if I have a gift card or creditcard.

No I usually do not buy things over internet. I have only once bought something over internet. I think buying in shops are much more better than online shopping because there you can touch and feel the product you are buying. If you are buying any cloths or jewelery or something like that then you can try it out. Again if you are buying any electronic gadget then you can check all its functionality by operating it. Again in case of online shopping you do not get the product on hand as soon as you pay for it. You have to wait for some days where as in shopping mall you can get the product on hand as soon as you pay for it. In case of online shopping there are some extra shipping charges which increase the product price. I think local shopping is always better. Online shopping is useful only when the product is not available in your country and you really want to buy it.

I have actually not made any purchases on the internet but I do know a few sites that I would like to visit when I do. There are many resources and sites that help target the best deals for items that might be more expensive in the store. I had this same discussion with a friend of mine and I told him that the best idea that I can come up with is that since we can't visually see and hold the item in our hands when shopping online, probably look at the item in the store and see if it is either a good fit and then see how much this item can be purchased online. If it's the same price, then buying it in the store might be a good idea. If the item is significantly lower at an online marketplace then the answer is clear.
