Which one would you trust more, your PC's harddisk or Google?

Which one would you trust more? Your PC's hard disk or Google storage (through various services)? For example, images stored on your computer and images uploaded on Picasa. Which one would you think is more reliable. Although there are many other alternatives for storage, I specifically want your views, in case you had only these two choices. Also tell the plus points of your choice and minus points of the other one.
