What are good exercises while working long hours at computer

Other than neck-exercise by panning our head Left-Right-Left-Right-Left ; What are other easy ways to perform our sitting method of exercises while working long hours at computer? Care to share your good and feasible tips? Thanks in advance.

You could try flexing your ab muscles, holding for 10-15 seconds and release. Doing 10-15 sets an hr would be a great little ab workout while just sitting at the computer! I do these all the time and ive definately noticed more strength in my abs! you could also do leg lifts as someone else already stated!! Good Luck!

One of the easiest ways to get in some exercise while sitting at the computer without even realizing it is to get a stability ball! Your stabilizer muscles will have to work harder to make sure you arent falling over. But you wont even notice! All you are doing is sitting there! Another good thing you can do is leg lifts. Hold your legs together and lift them up so they are parallel with the ground. Slowly lower them again, but dont let them touch the ground. Raise them up to parallel again. Do that as many times as you can.
