What work task do you dread most?

I hate answering the phone. One of my bosses NEVER!!! returns phone calls so Its always drama on his line. I hate answering the his phone because its always some angry person on the phone asking me questions I don't know the answer to because he never updates me on anything he does while Im not a work. He does alot of work after 5 when Im gone so its really diffcult. I hate when he asks me to call someone he hasn't returned a call too because they always want and update and then they want to hold out on info I need cause until he calls them back. I could go on and on about this situation but I'll stop now.
