What should I do to make my friend stays clean ?

My friend used to be hooked on drugs. He was on a detox program, and later discharged as 'drug free'.
The problem is I am worried that he is getting back to his old habit. There is no proof of that, but once in a while I see he so unfocused, like he is high on something.
What should I do to make sure he keep stays clean ?

I don't think there's much you can do. You said that he was on a detox program but you're worried that he is back at his old habit. It sounds like the detox program didn't help much. He has to be willing to admit that he has a problem before he can help himself. I've never had to deal with this so there's no way I can help you. This is just a suggestion, though. I just want to know, perhaps any ways to make he keep cleans.
