Mylot Should launch Lottery/Jackpot system

I think, mylot authority can launch a lottery/jackpot system to its user, where people can buy lottery ticket with small amount with their account balance, then some are awarded as winner. there may be various levels like mini jackpot, standard jackpot, giant jackpot etc. These kind of application is very simple & can be added by the authority very easily. What do you think, will it be admirable if they do that?

Being that it is "gambling" related it is a lot more additional legal stuff to deal with and being that Mylot is from the US it is even more annoying as compared to being outside of the US somewhere. If I was a business, I wouldn't deal with all of that. It's too much work. I mean it would be fun to do, but uhhh. Yeah, gotta' clear through all the legal stuff, first. Just my thoughts.
